I am leaving the AIRC Midea Group in March 2026. My research interests lie in world models, visual representation learning, and action models, with a focus on building visual agents that unify visual understanding, planning, and action. I believe that visual agents are merely an intermediate stage — the future belongs to latent world models (perhaps JEPA)!
I have finished my Doctor of Engineering (DoE) at MediaBrainGroup, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). I received a master’s degree also from SJTU, INPAC, and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT).
